Hello. My name is Cezary Marciniak, and I'm an immigration lawyer. In short, I can help you set up a company in Poland, come to Poland legally, and settle here.
Answer just a few questions, and you will find out how I can help you and what costs you can expect. Your answers are not legally binding; you won’t be charged or obligated to do anything until you specifically agree to purchase a service later.

Residence Permit in Poland
Most foreigners from outside the EU are restricted in business activities to capital companies (limited liability and joint-stock forms), whereas the most straightforward and the most popular is the limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością / sp. z. o.o.). That is exactly the type of company you can build in Poland with my help, and we can do it online. If you need more details, check out this form.
You may need a visa to enter Poland, depending on your nationality. If you're benefiting from the visa-free regime, you can stay up to 90 days within 180 days, especially for business or tourism. If you're not, you need to get a Schengen Visa for a similar effect.
The other kind of visa is a National Visa, which lets you stay up to 1 year. If you plan to stay longer than a year, you will need a residence permit anyway, but often it's not a good idea to omit the National Visa because the residence permit procedure can take a long time (sometimes even a whole year), and without a valid visa, travelling can be restricted, which can be a problem.
For more information on how I can help you with a visa procedure, fill out this form.
Note for people reading this who want to come to Poland not for business, but for work: if you have a tourist Schengen visa, getting a residence permit for the purpose of work is generally impossible; get a visa for this purpose first.
A temporary residence permit lets you stay in Poland up to 3 years, and after that, you can get another one, even without leaving Poland. If you want to get a residence permit based on a business activity that you started relatively recently, the procedure is not easy, especially if you're dealing with it alone. But with my help, your chances will likely go up as your case file will be strong.
However, a lot depends on you and your business. If you create something that brings a big value to consumers, and at the same time to the Polish economy, you will have absolutely no problem in showing that you deserve to be a Polish resident.

I graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków with two degrees: a master's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in Arabic studies.
Before graduating, I started my career in a large consulting company as an intern in the tax law department. Since 2022, I've been focusing on immigration law, dealing with a wide variety of matters, including many cases of foreigners starting a business in Poland.
In 2024, I engaged in establishing IDEME sp. z o.o., a company founded by my wife and me to provide a legal framework for a range of various projects and activities we pursue.
I can hold conversations and easily read messages in a few languages (most notably Arabic, Russian, French, and Spanish), but as for fluency, I handle English and Polish the best.
I'm interested in many things, from languages and cultures, through economy and finance, to science and technology, so apart from giving excellent support in establishing a company and immigration procedure, I might even understand your business.
